On Celeste’s first floor, The Pub is a nod to classic neighborhood bars, offering a casual atmosphere for catching a game, indulging in elevated American cuisine, gathering with friends during happy hour and listening to resident DJs. The Deco Room, located on the second floor, pays homage to the glamorous architectural history of Chicago at the turn-of-the-century with a drink menu spotlighting craft cocktails, rare vintages and hand-selected barrels. Climb up to the fourth-floor Roof Garden for a year-round escapist experience in the city under an enclosed glass-covered rooftop decorated with Victorian-style furniture, tropical greenery and vine-covered brick walls.

Bonhomme Hospitality’s love for traditional drinking establishments can be found throughout Celeste’s three floors. Known for having one of the most innovative beverage programs in River North, Celeste features a rotating selection of creative cocktails as well as their beloved signature drinks.

Lost Lake

Lost Lake is a tropical cocktail bar in Chicago’s Logan Square neighborhood, created by Shelby Allison, Paul McGee, and Land and Sea Dept. A stylish tropical oasis-meets-flotsam strewn island hut, Lost Lake’s talented team of friendly and knowledgeable bartenders is ready to take you on a mini-vacation, by way of a wildly garnished tropical cocktail.

Lost Lake was named Best American Cocktail Bar at Tales of the Cocktail’s 2018 Spirited Awards, is a four-time James Beard Foundation finalist for Outstanding Bar Program in 2019 (and a semifinalists in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020), has earned a spot on the World’s 50 Best Bars list (2018), was Time Out Chicago’s Bar of the Year (2018) and Chicago Magazine’s Best New Bar (2015), one of Esquire’s Best Bars in America (2017), and Imbibe magazine's Cocktail Bar of the Year (2015).

The Laurel Room

The Laurel Room is the second restaurant from the team behind Pacific Standard Time, the award-winning, California-inspired restaurant in Chicago’s River North neighborhood. Located eight floors up from Pacific Standard Time, The Laurel Room is a seasonal rooftop spot inspired by coastal California cuisine. The beverage program focuses on house-made spritzes, grown-up slushies and agave-based cocktails (alongside, of course, a lengthy rosé menu) and the seafood-centric menu offers up ceviches, tacos and oysters teaming up perfectly with your libation of choice!

Asadito, a taqueria and tequila bar located in Chicago's hot West Loop neighborhood serves up more than 2,000 margarita options on their cocktail menu.
